Job Description :
- Directing and motivating all Manager and Supervisor in achieving a common goal
- A relationship with Freeport, the local, national and expatriate
- Coordinating all purchases (Grocery, Fresh and GMS) to achieve economies of scale
- Stockturns approve and regulate the right to Timika put all factors into consideration, such as lead-time
- Knowing the demographics of Papua and Staff
- Ensure the training of local people employed
- Analyzes financial reports and take necessary corrective actions
